Artisan bread, honest pastry, and specialty coffee, something warm waiting for you all day in the heart of the Chilterns.

Nestled in the heart of historic Chiltern, our little bakery opens its doors before dawn. The smell of sourdough, warm butter, and freshly ground coffee drifts down Conness Street every single morning, a quiet signal that something good is on its way. We bake everything by hand, with patience and a love for the craft that started with a single jar of wild yeast in 2007. Come in, pull up a chair, and let us feed you well.

Every loaf starts with our 2007 sourdough starter, resting and rising for a full 48 hours. Shaped by hand and baked on a stone deck, our breads develop a caramelised crust and an open crumb that keeps for days. The simplest food, made with complete devotion.

From the first flat white of the morning to an afternoon cold brew, every cup is a considered one. We roast our own seasonal espresso blend and rotate single-origins on batch brew weekly, there's always something new to taste. Pair it with a warm pastry for the full Chiltern experience.

Whether it's a boardroom morning tea or an intimate celebration, we put the same care into every platter as we do into every loaf. Fresh pastries, artisan breads, savoury pies, and custom cakes, all assembled the morning of your event. Just give us 48 hours notice and we'll take care of the rest.
