Nestled in the heart of historic Chiltern, our little bakery opens its doors before dawn. The smell of fresh bread, warm butter, and freshly ground coffee drifts down Conness Street every single morning, a quiet signal that something good is on its way. We bake everything by hand, with patience and a love for the craft we’ve practised since 2007. Come in, pull up a chair, and let us feed you well.
Every loaf is shaped by hand and baked on a stone deck — caramelised crust, open crumb, and the kind of texture that keeps a slice good through the afternoon. Wholegrain and plain white come out of the oven before the town wakes up. The simplest food, made with complete devotion.
